Overcoming Anger


Anger can be both destructive and debilitating. Its effects can be felt in the body for up to eight hours and in relationships perhaps or many years. However, anger may not always be a violent reaction, sometimes it is as a protection. Nevertheless, the result can be the same – pain, regret and disempowerment.


In understanding the underlying thoughts and emotions, in recognising what I am subconsciously protecting, then I am able to change the deeper feelings. Letting go of pain allows the natural healing of scars within relationships. It also enables us to regain both our peace and assertiveness.


The course will provide an opportunity to:
